Un plat excellent et un dessert à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous sommes venues diner avec ma soeur dans ce restaurant grâce au site 123casher, nous y reviendrons avec certitudes. Le service était excellent. Il fait bon de manger casher au bistrot 26 ! Merci encore. Tout commence par un accueil très chaleureux, puis une farandole d’entrées meilleures les unes que les autres. There were beautiful fresh salads and dips to start with, two lovely little challot and a bottle of wine on the table, then a melt in the mouth cholent follwed by sorbet to finish. The atmosphere was convivial with jews from all over the world and a mix of age groups. We had no idea what we would get when we booked this but it was that or tubs of humous in our hotel room, and I have to say we landed on our feet. We had an absolutely delicious shabbat lunch at Bistro 26 in July 2011 and i would not hesitate in recommending it. Le temps du Chabbat, j'étais comme chez moi à Jérusalem grâce à l'ambiance et à la cuisine... la french touch en plus. Un passage obligé pour les malins, en tous cas pour moi à chacun de mes passages à Paris. Venu à Paris pour exposer au salon Icube, j’ai découvert le Bistro 26 grâce à d’autres exposants israéliens francophones.
Le temps du Chabbat, j’étais comme chez moi à Jérusalem grâce à l’ambiance et à la cuisine… la french touch en plus.
Un passage obligé pour les malins, en tous cas pour moi à chacun de mes passages à Paris.
